    This location is absolutely terrible for service and order taking accuracy. It is convenient for me to pick up food for my family of 5 on my way home and usually place my order going through the drive through. 4 times out of 5, my order is either taken wrong, or filled wrong. I just can't understand how offpten it is possible to get these orders wrong or taken in error. Up until now, I have picked up food at this Maple location, gotten home and realized that my order is wrong, then have to drive back and ask for what I requested. Probably my fault for not checking if everything is correct before I leave the parking lot. Management don't seem to care about their extremely (I would assume) error rate, and I've just been shuffled off and not even given a chance to explain my situation...not that they would care about customer service or bettering themselves...that would just be too much for a McDonalds employee. I'm never spending another dime in this location ever again, nor set foot in it again, I cannot express this more...DO NOT PURCHASE FOOD AT THE MACDONAL'S MAPLE!!! I will make the extra effort and drive an additional 5 minutes to eat at any other restaurant in my area. Grow up management, and train your staff properly, perhaps some English lessons, or basic instruction following. My 10 year old could handle these types of simple orders, why can't one of your 22 year olds!?!?
